These jeans…too much? I LOVE EM. I think every gal should have some crazy denim’s like this in their closet. Not only do they make a statement on your bold personality but they are also so fun and look super trendy at the same time.

I like to compare this style to Khloe Kardashian’s. I think she has the best style out of the bunch. Or at least the most relevant to my personal wardrobe. It’s not necessary to spend an arm and a leg to replicate the same look because let’s face it, most of us girls hardly wear things more than once.

Jeans like this make you feel some time if way. An idgaf what you think about these jeans cause I like them sort of attitude. That’s how I feel at least.

This entire look is brought to you by Forever 21. The bodysuit, the jeans, and the transparent heels. All under $100.

I hope you enjoyed this outfit! Please follow me on Instagram for sneak peeks of my upcoming looks! @monicapramos_

Until next time my loves!

3 Art Walls in Wynwood to Visit this Summer in Miami, FL!

3 New Art Walls in Wynwood Art District:

Coming from a Native Floridian who lives on the west coast of the state in Naples, I travel to Miami a little too often. (As one should!) Miami is mainly known for South Beach, which is nice if you’re looking for more of a tropical atmosphere. But the GEM many haven’t discovered in Miami is the Wynwood Art District.

It’s probably the closest hipster area to Austin filled with modern art galleries, art murals, the dopest coffee shops, boutiques and so much nightlife! If you’re looking for some GREAT-Instagrammable content…you may want to keep reading because I’ve put the exact location of where you can find 3 new art walls in Wynwood along with details of my OOTD which might come in handy with our weather!

BTW, are you following me on Instagram yet? If not, follow me here! 🤗

This wall literally looks like a cauliflower-flower tattoo drawn on a huge chalkboard, doesn’t it? I was obsessed as soon as I laid my eyes on it. The coolest thing about Wynwood is you’ll see art like this in every corner. Like this one, located at the corner of NW 24th st and NW 2nd ave at the Shinola store. Trust me, I wasn’t the only one taking photos at this time, its always packed!

This wall is perfect for a bright and colorful outfit, like mine! Located at the corner of NW 23rd st and NW 1st pl…this street offers some of the dopest hot spots like El Patio (nightlife) and a delicious lunch spot called the Butter shop.

So, for anyone who is interested in something other than travel and being a foodie…I have some ootd tips when being in Wynwood!

  1. Wear comfortable shoes. I’ve been such a sneaker head lately- obsessed with these Cole Haan shoes that can be worn anywhere, anytime.
  2. Cotton or Linen. All the way, all day. Unless you want to be drenched in sweat. I’m not even kidding, the humidity here is insane! Thats why I wore a over-sized cotton shirt to keep me as cool as possible.
  3. Pack light. If you are traveling, please leave all suitcases and large backpacks in your car. Wynwood is an all-day walking around type of place 🙂 A small cross-body is all you need.
  4. Why am I accessorizing with a windbreaker? Well, if you’re from Florida…you’re cold ALL.THE.TIME. Especially in the A.C. And Wynwood is known to blast their A.C. It was lightweight so perfect for coffee shops or restaurants.

I’ve been more on the sporty side lately. I love the on-the-go feeling. Especially when traveling, you’ll always catch me looking a little “edgy.” So even though this outfit might not be considered to be hardcore fashionable, it definitely felt like it.

Last but not least, the pink wall. It’s actually on the same street as the white mural. You cannot go wrong with pink! I hope you enjoyed this travel/fashion post. I would love to know if you found it helpful, if you have any questions please let me know :) I can’t wait to see all of your photos! Don’t forget to tag me on Insta @monicapramos_

Enjoy Wynwood,

Until next time

Rainy Day Outfit: Tomboy Edition

Incase you haven’t heard, its been raining cats and dogs in Florida lately. Gray and gloomy skies often affect our moods and even our sense of style for the day. I like to take advantage of rainy days in sporty/tomboy-ish attire.

Believe it or not, ever since I was a little girl…my dad always encouraged my sisters and I to play sports, anything from soccer, beach soccer, volleyball and running. I think thats why I (low-key) still enjoy dressing down.

The Tomboy Rainy Day OOTD:

Black leggings are your starting point. Tights or workout pants? No one will ever know. Since I live in Florida, and since we’re days away from “officially” summer, we’re bound to hit some pretty high temperatures. You can find me in a sports bra and a cotton workout shirt. This one in particular was about $15 from Old Navy! They have the CUTEST workout apparel.

I’ve been quite the sneaker head lately. I love the on-the-go state of mind and feeling. I especially hate the feeling of my feet wet in the middle of the day, so its always wise to wear anything but flip-flops. You may also be wondering, if you live in Florida, why are you wearing a jacket? Hello, the rain! 🙂 Be sure to have a jacket with a hoodie. Camo jackets are my absolute fav! They add so much texture to your outfit.

Dressing athletic has always been a preference of mine. I like the empowering feeling of getting things done that it gives me. Rain or shine.

I love knowing that although I’m a girly-girl, I have this other side to me that many people don’t know of. Which I love! If you’re the same, embrace it. Wanna know why? Because it just means we have the best of both worlds embedded IN us! Badass, and sweet.

So thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed this post and this outfit. If you’re not already following in me on Instagram, follow me here!

Peace, love and light, always.

Move for Minds Event to Benefit The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement – Miami, FL

Did you hear all the buzz about the recent Move for Minds event that took place in 8 different cities across the U.S at the same time last Sunday, June 4th? I just so happened to attend the event held in Miami, FL and I have put together all the info you need to know about this amazing, life-changing movement!

Let me start by saying that this event was presented by Maria Shriver and Equinox. As many of you may or may not know, Maria is the founder of The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement. The organization’s mission is to raise funds for research and potentially find a cure for Alzheimer’s. Did you know that every 66 seconds a new brain develops Alzheimer’s and 2/3 of those brains belong to Women? Maria is on the hunt to find out why.

In order to participate, each attendee had to raise at least $250 dollars. The three hour event consisted of a one hour workout, one hour of  networking and time to look at all of the vendors along with a time to refuel with healthy snacks (which were complimentary), and a one hour panel.

The workout: The one hour workout was a special designed workout that included both cardiovascular and meditation exercises. See video below.

The Marketplace: i.e the brain-healthy snack break/networking time also gave participants an opportunity to check out the innovative products from the sponsors. There were great sponsors like Beats by Dr. Dre, Cole Haan, Smart Water, Lyft and more. My personal favorite perk from the sponsors was receiving a $250 voucher code to receive a free pair of Cole Haan shoes!

The Panel: The panel was filled with memory coaches, life coaches, nutritionists and doctors who all realize the gap we need to fill when it comes to Alzheimer awareness. We learned memory techniques to help us train our brains to remember with visuals.

The Move for Minds event took place at Equinox in the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell. Women were empowered, they engaged and were educated for such an important cause that many of us, like myself prior to attending would never have realized the importance. I encourage you all to look into this event, invite your friends and family next year in a city near you.

Thank you for reading. I hope the this amazing cause caught your attention! If you aren’t already, follow me on Instagram @monicarpramos_ to find out about more events like this in South Florida!

Love, light and blessings always,

White on White Spring Outfit Inspo

Hi there, friend! If this is your first time on my blog, WELCOME! 🙂 I love to write about personal growth, food, travel and of course, fashion.

Today’s look is one of my favorite this spring. You can’t go wrong with white, especially living in Florida, its sort of necessary in order to not melt 🙂 But I’m here to give you some tips and advice on wearing white-on-white. Denim is always in style, white jeans, however, are just DIVINE. Its the prefect day to night piece for spring so make sure to get you a pair!

I purchased both my blouse and jeans at Papaya. I love Papaya so much because the clothes is very inexpensive, the clothes are always trendy and since fashion is always evolving…you won’t feel guilty about donating your inexpensive clothes during your next spring closet cleaning.

Spring Trend Tips: Embroidered roses and cropped fringe jeans are IN this season.

Colors of Fall

Everyone’s favorite time of the year is here – Fall! At least, it is for women…and we all know why. The fashion, duh! Orange is the PERFECT fall color.

This gorgeous pumpkin-orange dress is from Bebe Outlets ($30) which can only be purchased at Miromar Outlets in the SWFL area. I was initially drawn by the color, then captivated by the light-weight fabric, perfect to be worn outdoors.

Regardless of places like Florida, where it is paradise 365 days a year – we still like to participate in seasonal trends and colors. We don’t have leaves falling and transitioning into the beautiful autumn colors we all adore and are admittedly jealous of (because they’d be awesome for photos) or the necessity to start wearing oversized sweaters, just yet. What we do have, however, are the most breathtaking sunsets year round and a wardrobe to go along with it.

I wore this dress to an event I attended called #CravingFashion held at Waterside Shops in Naples, FL to benefit United Way of Collier County and Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. When you mix fashion and helping the community for a great cause, its always a win-win. Such a great event, with great food too!

Hope you enjoyed this post! I’d love to hear your thoughts on this post. Don’t forget to follow my Instagram: monicapramos_ where I share BTS to great events like this!

As always – peace, love & blessings.

Xox0 – Mo

I’d like to start off by saying all of these (6) GORGEOUS dresses were purchased at Miromar Outlets with only $200…TOTAL! The deals they have here are SUREAL on name brand buys for anyone in the family and is my personal gem for shopping. Let’s not even get started with their Black Friday deals…

As my second lookbook, I decided to work on a homecoming theme. In hopes it’d be helpful for high school and college students attending this year.I attempted to select a variety of different trends – keeping in mind not everyone has the same style as myself.

So, without further ado…

This Whyte Eyelash dress from Bloomingdales ($60) would typically be the furthest from my personal preference…or so I thought! I thought it turned out super cute and I LOVED the fit. The strapless dress had a very feminine yet cute, adorned with metallic studs for extra touch. This could be worn by anyone, especially if you have an edgy sense of style.

You can never go wrong with a little black dress. I found this fabulous find which is my personal favorite at Papaya ($25) I especially love the neckline and how comfortable the dress was. Definitely would wear this more than once!

This olive green dress was also purchased at Papaya ($23) I actually have one exactly like this in black that I paid over 4x the price for…talk about looks for less!

The Flirty Dress

I’m obsessed with the ruffles on this dress. I am a neutral tones type of gal and this pale pink color is to die for. Also purchased at Bloomingdales ($50) I would wear this dress to homecoming, dinner, church or an event!

Did you catch the title on this dress? Am I right?! I’ve noticed this style is trending in bigger cities like L.A and Miami…but guess who found the look just in time for homecoming? This look is super classy and sexy with the most beautiful cuts! How often do you find a dress like this…hardly ever.

This detailed red lace dress was found at Papaya ($25) That’s the fourth dress I bought from Papaya…it’s obviously my go-to store for more affordable trending looks. This dress stands out the most – it could be because of the color…or its intricacy, or both.

Over the years, I’ve realized homecoming dresses are a lot more versatile and can be worn more than once, as opposed to the traditional $200-$300 bedazzled dress that can only be worn once – like I did. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the dress…but I was probably the only one wearing a dress that could never be worn again. On top of that, my homecoming dress was borrowed by a good friend of mine!

I hope you found these looks to be helpful – I cannot tell you how thankful I am that I was able to find these type of unique dresses that can only be found at Miromar Outlets, in the SWFL area. Besides their amazing deals, the outlet mall is absolutely beautiful. Filled with dining, shops and so much more. Here are my favorite stores:

  1. Bloomingdales
  2. BCBG
  3. Papaya
  4. Bebe
  5. Banana Republic
  6. J. Crew
  7. Nike
  8. Reebok
  9. Saks
  10. Neiman Marcus

Let me know what you think, I’d love to know what you thought about this post and more importantly…what you wore! I hope you have a grand old time, in style.

Until next time,

Peace, love and blessings.
